RETURNS

Our return policy spans 30 days. If a month has elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot provide a refund, but exchanges are still an option.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in its original packaging, mirroring the condition in which you received it. Please be aware that the customer bears the responsibility for returning the package and associated costs; we are unable to refund return postage or cover import taxes.

Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, hair care products, and liquid items. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary. Kindly refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some instances, only partial refunds are granted if an item has been opened, is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error. We also do not accept returns more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for returning the package and associated costs, and we are unable to refund return postage or cover import taxes.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the funds will be transferred to your bank account within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund has not yet appeared in your bank account, we recommend checking with your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay. Subsequently, contact your bank, as refunds may require processing time. If, after following these steps, your refund is still outstanding, please contact us at info@donnabella.co.uk.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We exclusively replace items that are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@donnabella.co.uk . Once our team approves the exchange, you must send the product to the address provided by our customer service team. Shipping costs for returning a faulty product are the customer's responsibility, while we cover the cost of shipping the replacement product back to you.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and was directly shipped to you, you'll receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a gift certificate to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
